Description
Our Occupational Therapists (OT) enjoy professional autonomy, but they also benefit from the camaraderie of being considered part of the school community and the special education team. This position offers a school-year work schedule, allowing you to work during the academic year and enjoy summers and school breaks off. Our Occupational Therapists (OT) will work with different schools to conduct assessments, attend IEPs, and provide new evaluation requests. They typically supervise and support up to two Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTA), who implement the direct services in accordance to the IEP goals, and may have their own direct service caseload.

Compensation and Financial Perks:
- Hourly Rate: $58 - $71
- Weekly direct deposit
- Paid drive-time and mileage reimbursements for travel between school sites

Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy (OT) program
- Valid California Board of Occupational Therapy (OT) License
- Two years of experience working as an Occupational Therapy (OT) in a K-12 setting (preferred)
- Must be open to in-person services, assessments, and Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) supervision
- Willingness to travel to multiple school sites
- Flexibility to adjust to change that best supports students’ needs
