Cross Country Education is looking for two dedicated School Psychologists to support K–12 students while collaborating across campuses in Longmont, CO during the 2026-2027 school year.

Position Overview: 

  • Lead psychoeducational evaluations for special education eligibility, including developing and implementing Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Deliver direct student support services and facilitate social-emotional learning (SEL) initiatives to support students' mental health and academic success.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support Response to Intervention (RTI) and behavioral intervention strategies.
  • Participate in district-wide professional development and peer collaboration meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree or higher in School Psychology
  • Valid Colorado DOE Special Services Provider (SSP) License
  • Proven experience or specialized training in RTI, SEL, behavioral intervention planning, and school-based mental health support (Preferred)
  • Ability to support multiple K–12 campuses as needed; bilingual skills are a plus
