Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Concord, CA for the 2026-2027 school year to provide the critical communication and transition support that helps students thrive as they move toward graduation and beyond.
Position Overview:
- Manage a consistent caseload of 50–55 high school students, providing essential tools for academic and social success.
- Design and implement individualized plans that reflect student strengths and transition goals.
- Provide dedicated in-person support, ensuring direct engagement and collaborative planning within the school community.
- Collaborate with the Special Education team to integrate data-driven Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs and foster an inclusive environment.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid CA-SLPAB Speech-Language Pathologist License (or eligibility for California RPE/Clinical Fellowship)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) (Preferred)
- Prior experience working in a K-12 setting, preferably High School
