Position Overview: 

• Deliver psychological services and transition assessments for a diverse student population spanning Kindergarten through 12th Grade.
• Conduct specialized transition assessments for older students to identify post-secondary goals and vocational needs, ensuring compliance with state mandates.
• Lead eligibility evaluations, document progress, and serve as a key member of IEP teams.
• Provide counseling and support strategies tailored to students from resource-limited environments, fostering resilience and academic success.

Qualifications: 

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology
• Valid California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential (Required)
• At least 2 years of experience in school counseling or psychology (Preferred)
• Proficiency in Spanish (Bilingual) to support the Montebello community (Highly Preferred)
