Position Overview:
- Deliver psychological services and transition assessments for a diverse student population spanning Kindergarten through 12th Grade.
- Conduct specialized transition assessments for older students to identify post-secondary goals and vocational needs, ensuring compliance with state mandates.
- Lead eligibility evaluations, document progress, and serve as a key member of IEP teams.
- Provide counseling and support strategies tailored to students from resource-limited environments, fostering resilience and academic success.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology
- Valid California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential (Required)
- At least 2 years of experience in school counseling or psychology (Preferred)
- Proficiency in Spanish (Bilingual) to support the Montebello community (Highly Preferred)
