Position Overview:
- Create and implement specialized curricula tailored to students with intellectual disabilities.
- Manage daily classroom operations and provide direction to a dedicated team of paraprofessional staff.
- Oversee the full Individualized Education Program process, including student data collection and progress monitoring via IEP Direct.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Valid Connecticut Special Education Certification (165 Endorsement Required)
- Proven ability to manage self-contained environments at the secondary level.
- Prior experience with IEP data collection and IEP Direct (Highly Preferred)
