Cross Country Education is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Instructional Assistant to go beyond the classroom by supporting Behavior Unit coordinators and BCBAs in a Montebello, CA district office. Position Overview: 

• Support department coordinators by tracking and monitoring service delivery across a K-12 caseload.
• Execute high-level clerical tasks, including data entry and management using Google Workspace (Sheets, Forms).
• Maintain professional communication with BCBAs and field staff to facilitate program implementation.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment to ensure all documentation and scheduling requirements are met.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree, 48+ semester college units, or passage of a local Paraeducator Proficiency Exam.
• Proven proficiency in Google Sheets/Forms and strong clerical multitasking skills
• Prior Instructional Assistant (IA) experience or knowledge of behavior implementation is preferred; must be a quick learner (training provided)
• Must be available for the full year (including Summer/Winter/Spring assignments) with no fluctuating academic schedule
