Position Overview:

• RISE program which is a life skills program in which our students receive core instruction and also participate in electives and in some content classes in the least restrictive environment based on their IEPs. We have paraprofessionals who support the program and students receive related services as noted in their IEP.
• Planning and providing specialized instruction to identified students in the RISE program according to IEPs, case management of students and IEPs to include annual reviews, 3-year evaluations, participating in PPTs, progress monitoring, etc..

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree
• CT Certification 165, OR 065, OR 265 - Required
• Data Collection Knowledge or IEP Direct experience- Required
• Training in and experience with implementing a behavior support program (preferred)
