Cross Country Education allows experienced and new Behavior Technicians the ability to start working promptly through a qualification process that's faster than traditional methods. Our Behavior Technicians work under the supervision of a (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) BCBA to implement ABA treatment methodologies and support students towards behavior goals outlined in their Individualized Education Plans (IEP). Behavior Intervention goals include, but are not limited to, social skills, academic skills, self-care and more.

Compensation and Financial Perks:
  • Hourly Rate: $25.50 - $26.50

Requirements:
  • 48 units from an accredited college or an AA degree or higher
  • Minimum requirement of 3 months experience applying ABA treatment methodologies with K-12 students
  • Additional Behavior Technicians training certifications preferred
