Help students hear, learn, and thrive in the classroom! Cross Country Education is seeking a collaborative Educational Audiologist to support K–12 students in Cambridge, MN during the 2026 fall semester through a hybrid/on-site role.

Position Overview: 

  • Program, fit, support, and troubleshoot school-owned Hearing Assistive Technology (HAT), including remote microphone, Phonak Roger, and FM systems paired with students' personal hearing devices or cochlear implants.
  • Conduct classroom sound evaluations and recommend acoustic modifications, including soundfield speakers and strategic seating, to improve access to instruction.
  • Conduct functional listening evaluations and translate audiological findings into IEP/504 goals, accommodations, and classroom recommendations.
  • Provide targeted coaching to classroom teachers, staff, and parents on equipment troubleshooting while fostering independent self-advocacy skills in K–12 students.

Qualifications: 

  • Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or Ph.D. in Audiology
    • Master's accepted if earned prior to August 30, 2007
  • Active Minnesota Audiologist license or eligibility through the ASLP-IC Interstate Licensure Compact
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) through ASHA or ABA board certification
  • Experience with hearing assistive technology, FM systems, and remote microphone technology
  • School-based, educational, or pediatric audiology experience preferred
