Position Overview:

• Provide dedicated, one-on-one medical and physical support to a middle school student requiring total dependent care throughout the school day.
• Manage and administer routine medical procedures, including G-tube feedings and medication administration, strictly adhering to the student's individualized health plan.
• Facilitate the student's safe transportation to and from school, while managing transfers (with Hoyer lift operation) and providing full support for daily living activities (ADLs) while on campus

Qualifications:

• Valid Washington Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
• Valid Driver's License
• Prior experience in providing total dependent care, including proficiency with Hoyer lifts and G-tube feeding protocols
