Where We Need You:

• Delaware County, PA: Immediate and full school year placements available across various school sites.

Position Overview:

• Collaborate with the classroom teacher to support differentiated instruction and implement lesson plans, providing targeted one-on-one and small-group academic support to students.
• Facilitate positive behavior management and assist special education students in achieving their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals by implementing specific interventions and accommodations.
• Prepare and maintain a structured learning environment by organizing instructional materials, assisting with general classroom duties, and supervising students during non-instructional times.

Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Experience working with preschool-aged children, preferably in a special education setting
• ServSafe Certification (Preferred)
