Position Overview:

  • Instructional Aides assist teachers with classroom activities, providing one-on-one support to students, and helping to manage student behavior.
  • Support special education students in achieving their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.
  • Prepare instructional materials, organize the classroom, and supervise students during non-instructional times.

Qualifications: 

  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • ServSafe Certification (Preferred)
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation 
  • Experience working with Preschool children, preferably in Special Education
