Position Overview:
- Instructional Aides assist teachers with classroom activities, providing one-on-one support to students, and helping to manage student behavior.
- Support special education students in achieving their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.
- Prepare instructional materials, organize the classroom, and supervise students during non-instructional times.
Qualifications:
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- ServSafe Certification (Preferred)
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Experience working with Preschool children, preferably in Special Education
