Empower the next generation to find their voice and prepare for the future! Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide the critical communication and transition support that helps students thrive in Windsor, CA for the 2026-2027 school year.
Position Overview:
- Provide comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations and targeted therapy services to high school students (Grades 9-12).
- Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), tracking student progress diligently and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Partner with educators, parents, and administrators to implement effective communication strategies within the educational environment, offering flexibility to support secondary campus needs or overflow when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid CA-SLPAB Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Valid CTC Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential
- Prior experience or strong capability working with secondary/high school-aged students to address complex communication and academic needs
