Help students find their voice and build the communication skills they need to succeed! Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated school-based Speech-Language Pathologist to support upper elementary students during the upcoming school year in Brighton, MI.
Position Overview:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy and consultation services to upper elementary students with diverse communication needs.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document student progress in accordance with school and state requirements.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication, academic achievement, and overall success.
- Manage a well-balanced elementary caseload while delivering high-quality, student-centered speech-language services.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Michigan Speech-Language Pathology License (LARA)
- Experience providing speech-language services in a school-based setting, preferably with elementary-aged students
