Cross Country Education allows experienced and new Behavior Intervention Specialists the ability to start working promptly through a qualification process that's faster than traditional methods. Our Behavior Intervention Specialists work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement ABA treatment methodologies and support students towards behavior goals outlined in their IEPs. This includes, but not limited to, social skills, academic skills, self-care and more.

Requirements:
  • 48 units from an accredited college or an AA degree or higher
  • Minimum requirement of 3 months experience applying ABA treatment methodologies with K-12 students
  • Additional BII training certifications preferred
