Cross Country Education is looking for passionate Special Education Paraprofessionals with a passion to support students achieve their full potential in Millbrae, CA for the '24-'25 school year.
Position Overview:
- Under the direction of the case manager/teacher and behavior team, provide classroom, behavior, and/or academic support in a 1:1, general education or specialized day class setting
- One site, but may occasionally need to travel to another site if requested for absence coverage or for training's
- Support students in grades preschool through fifth grade
Qualifications:
- AA degree or higher
- SafetyCare trained
- Prior training with ABA or Behavior training is preferred
- Experience working with students with disabilities is preferred
- Must have a reliable form of transportation and drivers license
Pay and Benefits:
- $24.50-$27.00 per hour
- Weekly Pay: Weekly direct deposit
- Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) for employees working 30+ hours per week.
