Impact lives where the sun meets the Gulf! Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCaBA) to join our team in beautiful Naples, FL. Trade the ordinary for a rewarding school-based role to apply ABA expertise and support student-centered classroom environments for the '25-'26 school year!

Position Overview:

  • Conduct and update school-based Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to develop evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Monitor student progress and utilize visual analysis of behavioral data to refine IEP goals and evaluate intervention effectiveness.
  • Provide on-site consultation and professional development on Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and crisis intervention.
  • Partner with K-12 personnel and families to ensure high-fidelity ABA implementation across the campus.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree (BCBA) or Bachelor’s Degree (BCaBA) in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education
  • Valid National BCBA or BCaBA Certification (Required)
  • Active Florida State License
  • Ability to pass a Level 2 Florida Background Screening
