Position Overview:
- Conduct and update school-based Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to develop evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Monitor student progress and utilize visual analysis of behavioral data to refine IEP goals and evaluate intervention effectiveness.
- Provide on-site consultation and professional development on Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and crisis intervention.
- Partner with K-12 personnel and families to ensure high-fidelity ABA implementation across the campus.
- Master’s Degree (BCBA) or Bachelor’s Degree (BCaBA) in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education
- Valid National BCBA or BCaBA Certification (Required)
- Active Florida State License
- Ability to pass a Level 2 Florida Background Screening
