Position Overview:
- Implement a scripted math curriculum while strategically differentiating instructional methods to ensure engagement and success for all 4th-grade learners.
- Design, administer, and analyze formative and summative assessments to diagnose student misconceptions and implement data-driven instructional interventions.
- Interpret achievement metrics and assessment data to clearly document student progress and report outcomes to both administration and parents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Tennessee Multiple or Single Subject Teaching License
- Alternatively: A Teaching License and endorsement from a state that offers reciprocity with Tennessee
- Demonstrated knowledge of elementary and middle school mathematics instruction and curriculum design
