Our Bilingual Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) enjoy professional autonomy, but they also benefit from the camaraderie of being considered part of the school community and the special education team. This position offers a school-year work schedule, allowing you to work during the academic year and enjoy summers and school breaks off. Our Bilingual Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) conduct student assessments in Spanish and English, attend IEPs, and provide direct services to students, ensuring the best possible outcomes in classroom activities, social interaction, learning, and literacy. They typically supervise and support up to two Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs), who also implement direct services.
Compensation and Financial Perks:
- Hourly Rate: $64 - $77
- Weekly direct deposit

Requirements:
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or Communicative Disorders
- Valid California License as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Two years of experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) (within K-12 setting preferred)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Willingness to travel to multiple school sites
- Flexibility to adjust to change that best supports students’ needs
