Make a meaningful impact on students' mental health while building a rewarding school-based career! Cross Country Education is seeking Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LMFT or LCSW) to support K–12 students in Moreno Valley, CA during the 2026–2027 school year.

Position Overview:

  • Provide individual, group, and family counseling to support students' emotional, behavioral, and social development.
  • Conduct mental health assessments and connect students with appropriate school-based and community resources.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and community partners to develop and implement student support plans.
  • Support crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and postvention efforts while promoting a safe, inclusive school environment.
  • Partner with multidisciplinary teams focused on improving student well-being and academic success.

Qualifications: 

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, or a related field
  • Valid California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) License
  • Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
