Position Overview: 

• Deliver mandated Social-Emotional counseling minutes for a consistent K-5 caseload of approximately 30-35 students, ensuring all IEP and 504 plan requirements are met.
• Develop comprehensive social-emotional components of student plans, including behavior data analysis, individualized goals, benchmarks, and necessary accommodations or modifications.
• Monitor student progress through diligent data collection to ensure interventions are effectively supporting student growth and classroom success.

Qualifications: 

• Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Services Provider (SSP) license (Minimum: LSW + graduate-level coursework in special education)
• Prior experience navigating the IEP/504 process, including goal writing and behavior data interpretation within a K-5 school setting
