Looking to make a meaningful impact this summer without giving up your weekends? Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Social Worker for a focused summer program in the Grayslake, IL area. Help us foster a positive social-emotional climate for students this summer with a low caseload and a convenient 4-day work week!
Position Overview:
- Provide essential social-emotional support and crisis intervention for a low-caseload population (EC-12).
- Work closely with summer faculty to implement behavioral strategies and maintain a supportive environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate with families to ensure continuity of care.
- Support academic or enrichment programs as determined by student enrollment and district needs.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Social Worker endorsement
- Active IL licensure covering Early Childhood through 12th Grade.
