Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated School-Based Occupational Therapist to support TK–12 students in developing functional, sensory, and motor skills that promote independence and success in the classroom for the 2026–2027 school year in Oakland, CA.

Position Overview: 

  • Provide school-based occupational therapy services to support students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development across TK–12 settings.
  • Conduct evaluations to identify student needs and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals.
  • Implement therapy interventions in individual and group settings to support access to curriculum and school participation.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications: 

  • Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current California Occupational Therapy License
  • School-based experience (Preferred)
