Cross Country Education is seeking a fully credentialed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)to join our team in Aubrey, TX, for the second semester of the '25–'26 school year and make an immediate, profound impact on student communication skills before the year concludes!
Position Overview:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations using accepted assessments to diagnose disorders in K-5th grade students.
- Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), delivering targeted individual and group therapy and evaluating student progress.
- Participate in the Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) Committee, interpreting assessment data and collaborating on placement and measurable goal setting.
- Manage clinical operations, including developing strategies, providing instruction, and maintaining excellent organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Alternative: Bachelor's degree combined with a valid Texas Education Agency Speech Therapy Certificate
- Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Proficient in assessment, IEP development/implementation, and outcomes evaluation for specialized therapeutic services
