Are you an Occupational Therapist with a passion for fostering student independence and thriving in a collaborative K-12 environment? Cross Country Education is searching for a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Lynn, MA for the '25-'26 school year!

Position Overview:

  • Provide direct and consultative comprehensive occupational therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload (approx. 50 students).
  • Conduct standardized and ecological assessments to identify student needs, develop, and implement data-driven Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 plans focused on functional independence and academic success.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and parents in efforts to integrate goals into the home and K-12 environment, attending meetings and using progress monitoring and professional development to ensure best practice.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (Required)
  • Valid Massachusetts License as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) (Required)
  • Prior experience as a school-based Occupational Therapist (Preferred)
