Position Overview: 

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to a diverse caseload of students across 2–3 campuses, ensuring consistent support for learners from Pre-K through 8th grade.
• Partner with Lead Occupational Therapists to implement individualized intervention plans that improve students' fine motor, sensory-processing, and self-care skills.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress toward IEP goals, providing essential data to the multidisciplinary team for annual reviews.
• Adapt and modify classroom environments and activities to ensure students can fully participate in their educational curriculum and daily routines.

Qualifications: 

• Associate Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (Required)
• Active Connecticut State License as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (Required)
• Prior experience working with Pre-K–8th grade students, preferably within an itinerant or school-based setting
• Ability to manage a multi-site caseload with strong organizational and communication skills (Preferred)
