Position Overview

• Provide individualized 1:1 and classroom-based behavioral support to middle and high school students using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies, support behavior management, and collect and document student behavioral data to monitor progress.
• Assist students with daily activities and personal care needs, including toileting, while maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
• Collaborate with school staff to reinforce positive behaviors, adapt instructional strategies, and support students’ educational and behavioral goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 2 years of experience providing behavioral intervention and ABA support to school-aged students, preferably supporting students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Completion of a 40-hour Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) seminar or workshop
• Current CPI Certification preferred, and valid Driver's License
• Knowledge of behavior management, student development, safety procedures, and behavioral data collection
