Position Overview:

  • Conduct Comprehensive Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) focused on proactive student outcomes and independence.
  • Provide direct supervision for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programming, ensuring all individualized curricula are implemented with high fidelity across diverse educational settings.
  • Collect, interpret, and monitor behavioral data to evaluate plan effectiveness, making real-time modifications to ensure student goals are met.
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to provide professional development and model crisis management techniques.

Qualifications: 

  • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
  • Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
  • Two (2) years of professional experience working with children with special needs, specifically within a school or pediatric setting
  • Prior experience leading program coordination and evaluation; strong background in ABA principles, Verbal Behavior (VB), and assessment tools such as the VB-MAPP (Preferred)
