Cross Country Education is seeking a high-energy Behavior Intervention Specialist / ABA Therapist for a rewarding 1:1 opportunity with a Pre-K student to support social-emotional growth and academic engagement. Position Overview:- Provide behavioral instruction and academic support to a Pre-K student, implementing their specific learning plan.
- Foster a positive learning environment by utilizing evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and therapeutic supports.
- Apply prevention strategies and manage high-intensity situations using approved protocols.
- Track and document student data to measure intervention effectiveness and adjust support strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related field (Preferred)
- Prior experience working with students facing social-emotional and behavioral challenges in an educational setting
- Prior ABA experience (Required)
- Proficiency in crisis prevention and intervention systems (e.g., CPI or QBS) (Highly Preferred)
