Position Overview: 

• Provide direct health services to students across a K-12 caseload, including first aid, illness management, and chronic condition care.
• Develop and implement Individualized Health Plans (IHPs) for students with specific medical needs.
• Manage and maintain confidential student health records and ensure compliance with all state and local health mandates, including immunizations and communicable disease reporting.

Qualifications: 

• OR Registered Nurse License
• Experience in pediatrics or school nursing
• Completion of a background check and fingerprinting
