Are you a passionate Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)? Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in Bel Air, MD for the '25–'26 school year!
Position Overview:
- Provide direct speech-language services to PreK-5 students in individual and small-group settings while efficiently managing a split schedule and travel between two elementary locations.
- Implement treatment/therapy plans designed by the supervising Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Collect and report data on student performance during therapy sessions, reporting progress and observations to the supervising SLP to inform ongoing treatment decisions.
- Participate in the Extended School Year (ESY) program during July to help eligible students maintain critical communication skills and prevent skill regression over the summer break.
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Valid Maryland Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) License
- Experience working with elementary-aged children (PreK-5) with various communication disorders (Preferred)
