Position Overview:
- Work within a specialized 4-person BCBA team across various school sites.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for all grade levels.
- Provide real-time coaching and expert consultation to teachers, ensuring behavioral strategies are seamlessly integrated into the classroom.
- Track progress and adjust interventions for optimal social-emotional outcomes.
- Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- Valid State of Florida Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
