Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to support two vibrant campus communities for the 2025-2026 school year. Join our team in Waukegan, IL and help Pre-K through 8th-grade students master the skills they need to thrive!
 
Position Overview: 

  • Provide school-based OT services focusing on fine motor skills and sensory processing for Pre-K–8th students.
  • Partner with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor data-driven Individualized Education Programs.
  • Evaluate and recommend environmental modifications or assistive technology for the classroom.
  • Coordinate with staff across two campuses while maintaining streamlined documentation and progress reporting.

Qualifications: 

  • Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid Illinois Occupational Therapist (OT) License
  • Prior experience in school-based or early childhood pediatric settings
