Position Overview:
- Deliver direct PT services (30-minute sessions) to a minimal caseload of approx. 3 students per Individualized Education Program (IEP) mandates.
- Conduct assessments and establish functional goals specifically related to the student's ability to navigate the school environment.
- Advise staff and families on adaptive equipment and environmental modifications to ensure campus accessibility.
- Manage a streamlined, part-time schedule across two Baton Rouge campuses with minimal administrative burden.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or qualifying degree
- Valid Louisiana Physical Therapist (PT) License (Required)
- Experience in pediatrics or school-based settings (Preferred)
