Position Overview:
- Design and facilitate engaging, standards-aligned lessons in 4th Grade Science and Social Studies to drive student curiosity and academic mastery.
- Manage student progress by tracking growth, providing timely feedback, and differentiating instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
- Establish a structured, positive, and inclusive "in-person" classroom culture that aligns with school-wide behavioral and academic expectations.
- Participate in on-site professional development and reviews to ensure instructional alignment across the 4th-grade team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Valid Tennessee (or state reciprocity) Multiple or Single Subject Teaching Credential (Required)
- Prior experience teaching elementary Science / Social Studies instruction and curriculum design
