Position Overview: 

• Deliver tailored therapy to students with diverse needs across various regional facilities to promote functional mobility and gross motor skill development.
• Evaluate student performance using observations and standardized assessments to support special education eligibility decisions.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams and participate in IEP and Section 504 meetings to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications: 

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid and Active Illinois Physical Therapist (PT) License
• Knowledge of school-based PT services, IDEA regulations, and the IEP process
• Ability to manage caseloads across multiple locations in a short-term contract setting
