Cross Country Education is looking for a dedicated Behavioral Interventionist (BII) in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience to support preschool students, reinforce positive behaviors, and foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Position Overview

• Provide individualized 1:1 and classroom-based behavioral support to preschool students using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies, support behavior management, and collect and document student behavioral data to monitor progress.
• Assist students across educational settings with daily living activities, including toileting, while maintaining a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment.
• Collaborate with school staff to modify curriculum, reinforce positive behaviors, and support students’ developmental and educational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 2 years of ABA-based behavioral support experience with preschool-aged children, preferably those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Completion of a 40-hour Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) seminar or workshop
• Current CPI Certification preferred, and valid Driver's License
• Knowledge of early childhood development, behavior management strategies, and student safety procedures
