Position Overview:
- Provide 1:1 support to 1st grade students and assist with implementing function-based intervention planning for developing behavior change strategies.
- The Special Education Paraprofessional will support the lead teacher in reducing problem behavior and increasing more appropriate behavior.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
- Valid Driver's License
- 3 years of experience working with students who are "at risk" or "behaviorally challenged"
- Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred)
- Experience with entrepreneurial organizations is a plus
