Cross Country Education is looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to support vibrant school communities in Highland Park and Northbrook, IL. Position Overview:
- Provide comprehensive OT services across Therapeutic Day Schools, Early Childhood sites, and K-8 gen-ed/resource environments.
- Deliver specialized support for Life Skills and Resource programs, tailoring goals to unique functional needs.
- Partner with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy into daily academic and social routines.
- Maintain flexibility in service delivery as caseloads are finalized, ensuring seamless transitions across age groups (Pre-K through Grade 8).
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid Illinois State Occupational Therapy License
- Previous school-based experience or a strong pediatric background (Highly Preferred)
