Requirements:

• Master's degree in Nursing
• Board Certification as a Nurse Practioner, Licensed by the state of MA
  Valid Controlled substance Registration by MA
• Valid DEA License issued by the FDA 
• 3-5 Years of previous experience as a Nurse
