At Cross Country Education, we offer Teacher Assistants both long-term and day-to-day placements in schools across Los Angeles, allowing you to choose assignments that fit your availability and goals. Whether you're looking for consistent work or more variety in your schedule, all roles follow the regular school-day hours and allow you to enjoy summers and school breaks off.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist teachers with lesson instruction and classroom activities
- Support students in individual or group settings
- Help implement curriculum and classroom routines
- Provide academic and behavioral support throughout the school day
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Perform related duties as needed
- $23.50 per hour with weekly direct deposit
- Choose from long term or day by day assignments, all following a school-day schedule
- Gain experience in a variety of school settings
- Live Scan and TB costs covered

- 48 Units of College Credit
- Minimum requirement of 3 months’ experience working as a K-12 Instructional Aide or Teacher's Aide in a school setting
- Must complete a company provided online Special Education Aide training within 30 days of hire
