Cross Country Education is seeking dedicated Behavioral Intervention Implementation (BII) specialists for the opportunity to empower Transitional Kindergarten students for the 2025–2026 school year.

Position Overview:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 or classroom support for Transitional Kindergarten and Preschool students using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies to manage challenging behaviors..
• Implement Behavioral Intervention Programs (BIPs), facilitating curriculum modifications and behavior management strategies to bridge the gap between preschool and kindergarten.
• Collect, monitor, and document student behavioral data to track progress markers while collaborating with school staff to ensure the fidelity of established interventions.
• Partner with school staff to align intervention strategies and assist with daily living activities, including physical assistance and toileting, while maintaining a sensitive and positive attitude toward student needs.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a 40-hour seminar or workshop training in Applied Behavior Analysis (Required)
• 2+ years of work experience applying ABA techniques and behavior management strategies specifically with children aged 4–5, including those on the Autism Spectrum (ASD)
• CPI Certification (Preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
• Valid Driver's License
