Position Overview:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for a middle school caseload (approx. 40-50 students), delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions (direct and indirect) focused on academic and social communication skills.
  • Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations, interpret assessment data, and participate in IEP meetings to determine student eligibility and inform service delivery.
  • Collaborate regularly with school staff and parents to integrate carryover strategies, modify the curriculum, and support students' communication success across all educational settings.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree
  • Valid CA-SLP Speech Language Pathologist License
  • Prior experience working with middle school students (Preferred)
