Cross Country Education is seeking two dedicated and dynamic Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)—both CCC-SLP and Clinical Fellows (CF) are welcome—to join our specialized team serving pre-school and daycare children in the vibrant Reading, PA area for the 2025-2026 school year!

Position Overview: 

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments for infants, toddlers, and pre-school-aged children to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) focused on functional communication goals achieved.
  • Partner closely with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate evidence-based therapy strategies into the child's daily routines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including session notes and progress reports, while providing high-quality services across various daycare and pre-school settings.
Qualifications: 
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Pennsylvania State Speech-Language Pathologist License and the PA Department of Education (DOE) Certificate for school-based practice
    • Clinical Fellows Welcome: Applicants who are completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) will be considered
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred
  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques for infants and toddlers in diverse natural settings
