Position Overview:

• Oversee an elementary-level caseload (K-5), providing essential social work services and behavioral support.
• Lead the Multidisciplinary Evaluation Team (MET) process and Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
• Conduct thorough student assessments to identify social, emotional, and behavioral needs and develop intervention plans.
• Partner with staff and families to facilitate progress meetings and foster a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Valid Michigan State Board Social Worker License
• Active Michigan School Social Worker Certification
• Prior school-based experience managing IEPs/METs and providing social-emotional interventions for elementary students
