Position Overview:

• Provide dedicated one-on-one care for a student requiring total dependent care throughout the school day, including monitoring during bus transport to and from school.
• Manage and administer nutrition and medications via gastrostomy tube (G-tube) and perform necessary feedings.
• Utilize a Hoyer lift and other assistive devices to facilitate safe transfers and positioning for the student.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to ensure the student’s medical needs are met while maintaining clear clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Valid Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License (Required)
• Valid Driver's License
• Prior experience and comfort with G-tube management and the use of Hoyer lifts for patient transfers
