Position Overview:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify behavioral functions and develop evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Monitor and analyze student data with graphical representations to drive IEP goal adjustments.
  • Provide technical assistance and staff development on positive behavioral supports and crisis intervention.
  • Partner with multidisciplinary teams district-wide to ensure high-fidelity intervention implementation.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Valid National Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Strong collaborative skills for working within the K-12 IEP framework
