Position Overview:
- Conduct and interpret comprehensive screenings and evaluations for K-8 students, analyzing results to determine eligibility and draft measurable, educationally-relevant IEP goals.
- Provide evidence-based direct and consultative services focused on improving gross motor skills, mobility, and functional access through targeted interventions.
- Collaborate with parents and school team to document and track student progress, and integrate therapy goals into the student’s daily routines.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral Degree (DPT) in Physical Therapy (Required)
- Valid New York State Physical Therapist License (Required)
- Must provide your National Provider Identification (NPI) Number
- Prior experience providing Physical Therapy services in a school or pediatric setting (Preferred)
