Position Overview

• Develop and implement individualized learning plans, administer assessments, and monitor student progress toward academic, developmental, and behavioral goals.
• Provide specialized instruction tailored to elementary students' individual learning needs in resource and structured learning environments.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and school personnel to communicate student progress and coordinate educational support.
• Guide paraprofessionals and classroom support staff to deliver effective instruction and meet individual student needs.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Valid Arizona Special Education Teaching Certificate
• Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Experience supporting elementary students with diverse learning needs, developing individualized education plans, administering assessments, and collaborating with families and school teams preferred
