Help students find their voice and reach their full potential! Cross Country Education is looking for a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support high school students in developing stronger communication skills and confidently engaging in their school community throughout the 2026–2027 school year in Midlothian, IL.
 
Position Overview 

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to high school students based on individual needs and educational goals.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress to support communication and academic success.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and school teams to implement effective speech-language interventions and support student needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with applicable special education and school-based service requirements.

Qualifications 

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech-Language Pathologist endorsement
  • Experience providing speech-language services in a high school or school-based setting preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills and the ability to manage services across multiple school sites
